Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

one 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts
one 10 ounce pkg. of frozen chopped spinach
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
8 to 10 drops of Tabasco

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Thaw and squeeze dry spinach. In a large bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan and Tabasco together. Fold in spinach and then artichoke hearts. Place mixture in an oiled casserole dish and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers. Serves 8
