Parmesan Chicken Wings
1 pound of chicken wings
1/4 pound (1 stick) of butter
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 cup of fine, dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Cut off tips from chicken wings and discard; split remaining portion of wing
at joint to form 2 pieces. Melt butter, mixing in garlic powder. Combine
bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Dip chicken wing portions in
seasoned butter, the roll in crumbs to coat. Bake on a greased baking sheet
in a preheated 325ºF. oven for about 50 minutes. Make about 40 appetizers.
