Apricot Glazed Ham 

1 cured half ham 5 to 6 pounds 
one 12 ounce jar of apricot or peach preserves 
 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 
 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar

Heat ham as package directs. Meanwhile, combine preserves, mustard and brown sugar; set aside. Remove ham from the oven 30 minutes prior to the end of the heating. Drain any liquid. Return ham to baking pan. Spoon or brush the preserve mixture over the ham. Return to the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place ham onto serving platter, thinly slice and serve. If desired, heat any remaining preserve mixture and serve alongside the ham as a dipping sauce. Serves 12
