1 pint of chocolate ice cream
1 pint of milk
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon of powdered nutmeg
whipped cream
Additional instant coffee or powdered nutmeg
Place the first 4 ingredients in blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or
until smooth. Pour immediately into chilled glasses. Top each with a fluff
of whipped cream and dust with a little instant coffee or nutmeg. Makes 4
servings
