Hot Cocoa

3 cups of milk
3/4 cup of Chocolate syrup, store bought or Homemade Chocolate Syrup
Marshmallows or Whipped Cream

Heat milk and Chocolate Syrup together in upper part of double boiler over hot water. when boiling point is reached, remove from heat and from hot water. Beat with rotary beater until frothy. Pour at once into cups. Makes 3 large cups of 4 small ones. Serve topped with marshmallow or spoonful of whipped cream.
