Glazed Carrots

2 pounds of carrots, cut into sticks or round.

Boil until cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine:
1 can of tomato soup
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of salad oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper

Bring to a boil.

Ina casserole dish slice 1 onion. Layer with carrots. Pour liquid over carrots and onion let marinate overnight. May be served hot or cold
