| Orange Glazed Carrots 2 8 carrots, pared 1/4 cup of orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of butter Cook whole carrots until almost tender, about 25 minutes. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over medium heat, turning the carrots often, until glazed. Makes 4 - 6 servings |
