Sautéed Carrots and Onions
1 pound of carrots, cut into julienne strips
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
In a skillet, cook the carrots and onion in hot butter over medium high heat
for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in
sugar and salt. Makes 4 servings |
