Corn Sausage Casserole
4 eggs, well beaten
1 cup of soft bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
one 20 ounce can of cream style corn
1 pound of sausage
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
catsup
Combine all ingredients except catsup. Pour into greased round,
deep 8 inch casserole, top with catsup. Place casserole in pan of water 1
inch deep, bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. 6 servings |
