Crusty Beef, Cheese & Noodle Casserole Very easy kid-friendly dinner. Can be made in advance.
2 tablespoons of Canola Oil 1 large Onion, chopped 2 pounds of ground beef 10 ounces of mushroom Spaghetti Sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1 pound of very Fine Nest Noodles, cooked al dente 1 pound of cheddar cheese, sharp white grated
Heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden. Add meat and cook. Add sauce and some salt. Heat. Layer casserole: bottom -- 1/2 noodles, then 1/2 meat sauce, the 1/2 cheese.
Do this 2 times ending with lots of cheese on top. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour until top is golden brown. Serves 6 generously.
