Rice Loaf
2 cups of cooked brown rice
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons of snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg, well beaten
Combine all ingredients. Put into a 1 quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF. for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set. 6
