Sausage & Applesauce Appetizers
1 package (12 ounces) of smoked link sausage, cut in 1 inch
pieces
one 15 ounce jar of applesauce
1 tablespoon of caraway seed
1 1/2 teaspoons of instant minced onion
Broil sausage pieces until evenly browned.
Combine with applesauce, caraway seed, and onion. Put into a 1
quart casserole.
Bake, covered at 250ºF. for 2 hours. Serve with wooden picks.
