Cream Cheese Frosting 3

one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 cups of powdered sugar

(source... Betty Crocker's Cookbook) Beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla in 2 1/2 quart bowl on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 Cup at a time, until and of spreading consistency. Frost a 13x9-inch cake or fills and frost two 8 or 9 cake layers. Refrigerate any remaining frosted cake.
