1/2 package (3-oz) cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup of un-sifted powdered sugar 1 - 2 tablespoons of milk
In a small mixing bowl combine half of a 3-oz package cream cheese and the vanilla; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Add enough milk to make a frosting of spreading consistency. Makes about 1/2 cup frosting.
