Calico Coleslaw
4 cups of finely shredded crisp green cabbage
one 12 ounce can of whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1/4 cup of pimiento
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing |

In a salad bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, corn, onion,
green pepper and pimiento. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, add salt
and mayonnaise or salad dressing, toss lightly. Makes 6- 8 servings.
