Coleslaw with Celery Seed
1 large cabbage, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of liquid sweetener
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of water
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup of diced peppers
Add all of the other ingredients into the chopped-up cabbage and toss.
Refrigerate. Correct seasonings when chilled. Serves 4. |
