1 head cabbage, shredded fine 1 pound of fresh broccoli, including stems, chopped fine 1 pound of carrots, grated fine 2 cups of sour cream 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 3/4 cup of honey 10 radishes, grated fineMix all ingredients together. Line a bowl with Bibb lettuce so that the leaves overlap edges, place coleslaw in the center and garnish with radish rosettes or carrot flowers |
