Beat the egg whites until foamy, blend in sugar, instant coffee, salt and cinnamon. Stir in nuts and coat well. Lift out, a few at a time with fork, hold over bowl to drain, place without touching each other onto a buttered cookie sheet, and bake at 325ºF. for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool and store in airtight containers. |
