1 cup of peanut butter, chunky style
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Mix peanut butter and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten slightly. Bake in moderate oven at 350ºF. for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen
