3/4 cup of margarine 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 1/2 cups of grated zucchini 1 1/2 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of chopped nuts 1 cup of chocolate chips |

Blend as for cookies. Bake at 350ºF. 8-10 minutes NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.
