2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cup of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of hot coffee
1/2 cup of oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Beat for 5 minutes. Bake at 350ºF. for 40
minutes. Pan size: 9x13x2
Penuche Icing
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of milk
Melt butter. Then add sugar. Boil for 2 minutes. Stir in milk. Reboil.
Cool until lukewarm.
