Ginger Peach Cake
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 package of ginger bread mix
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of sliced peaches
whipped cream, for topping
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease bottom and sides of baking pan. In bowl,
combine gingerbread mix and water. Blend at low speed; then beat 2 minutes
at medium speed. Stir in peaches. Pour into baking pan. Bake in oven for 35
minutes. Serve warm, topped with whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8.
