one (3 3/4-ounce) package of chocolate fudge pudding and pie filling
2 cups of milk
one (11 1/4-ounce) frozen pound cake
1/3 cup of coconut
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
Prepare pudding with 2 cups milk according to package directions. Cover
surface of pudding with waxed paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate until
chilled. Slice pound cake lengthwise into 3 layers. Spread pudding between
each layer and frost top with pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with a
scoop of ice cream. Serves 8 to 10.
