Peanut Butter Cake
cake:
1 package (18.25 ounces) of butter-recipe yellow cake mix
1 container (8 ounces) of sour cream
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter
3 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract |

Preheat oven to 350ºF. For cake portion, combine
cake mix, sour cream, oil, peanut butter, egg yolks, and vanilla in a large
bowl; beat until well blended. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff;
fold into batter. Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake 30
to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out
clean. Allow cake to cool completely. For icing portion, combine peanut
butter, butter, and vanilla in a medium bowl; beat until smooth. Add
confectioners sugar and gradually add milk; beat until smooth. Ice top of
cake. Serves 10-12.
