Special Crumb Pastry

5 cups of corn flakes or 10 pieces zwieback
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon

Roll or grind corn flakes or zwieback fine. There should be about 2 cups of very fine crumbs. Melt butter or margarine in 9 inch spring form pan. Add sugar, cinnamon, and crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Remove about 1/3 of mixture and save for topping. Press the remaining crumbs evenly and firmly around sides and in bottom of pan. Chill. Makes one 9 inch shell.
