Chocolate Mousse L'Orange
1 pint of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tablespoon of orange extract
3 packets of Sweet 'n Low
Add all ingredients into a deep mixing bowl. Mix with an
electric mixer until stiff. Spoon into 6 ramekins. Serve
immediately, or refrigerate up to 4 hours. Serve with
whipped cream topping. Serves 6.
