Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream

2 eggs, beaten well
1 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of mashed strawberries
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of heavy cream


Combine all ingredients and beat well. Pour into freezer can and freeze using 8 parts ice to 1 part salt.
