Honey Ice Cream

4 eggs, separated
1 cup of honey
4 cups of cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract


Beat egg yolks until thick, adding honey slowly. Blend in cream and vanilla. Freeze until firm. Place in a chilled bowl. Add egg whites and beat until smooth. return to freezing tray and freeze until firm.
