Peach Ice Cream
1 1/2 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup of fresh peaches, mashed
2 cups of heavy cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract |

Stir honey, salt, and milk in the top of a double
broiler. Heat. Add eggs and beat with an electric beater. Cook for 10
minutes. Cool. Add all the rest of the ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into ice cream maker can and freeze, 8 parts ice to 1 part salt.
