Tennessee Fudge Pie

2 squares of chocolate
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 teaspoon of vanilla
pinch of salt

In double boiler, melt chocolate and butter together. Beat eggs, add sugar, then the  melted chocolate/butter. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and nuts. Bake in a buttered pie pan in slow oven (300-325ºF.  ) about 20 minutes, or until mixture is set around the edges. Top with peppermint or vanilla ice cream. Serves 6
