Mud Pie
2 cups of crushed chocolate wafers
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 gallon of coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cup of fudge sauce
1/2 pint of whipping cream
Slivered almonds, for garnish |

Mix wafers and melted butter together. Press into a 9"
pie plate. Cover with soft coffee ice cream. Put in freezer until ice
cream is firm. Top with cold fudge sauce. Freeze approximately 10 hours
before serving. Slice into 8 slices and top with whipped cream and slivered
almonds.
