Popcorn
2 tablespoons of molasses
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
8 cups of air-popped popcorn
In a small bowl, combine the molasses, barbecue sauce,
ketchup, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well. Place the
popcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle with the molasses mixture.
Toss well to coat.
Preheat oven to 200ºF. Line a large baking sheet with
foil and coat with non-stick spray. Spread the popcorn
mixture on the sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven
and let the popcorn cool in the oven for 30 minutes, or
until crisp.
