Sugar Free Egg Custard
6 eggs
1stick of butter
1 cup of liquid fructose
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 quart of milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
Beat the eggs, milk, butter and fructose until thick. Add vanilla
extract. Beat well: pour into baking cups, and place in a pan of water 1
inch deep. Bake in 375ºF. oven for about 45 minutes. Serves 6 |
