| Peaches & Cream Dessert
3/4 cup of all purpose flour 4 serving size package of regular vanilla pudding mix 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 beaten egg 1/2 cup of milk 3 tablespoons of margarine, melted 16 ounce can of peach slices 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon |

Sift together the flour, pudding mix and baking powder. Combine egg, milk and melted margarine, add to dry ingredients. Mix well, spread in greased 8 inch square baking pan. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. Chop the peaches, sprinkle on top of batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and reserved peach liquid, pour on top of peaches in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over all. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. Cool in refrigerator.
