Fruit Cocktail Dessert
1 (16-ounce) can of fruit cocktail
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of soda
1 cup of flour
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Add egg to fruit and then fold into a mixture of the sugar, soda, flour,
and salt. Place a small glass or custard cup, open side up, into a
9-inch round or square microwave-safe baking dish. Pour the batter into
the baking dish, distributing evenly. Combine nuts and brown sugar and
sprinkle over batter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 7 to 8 minutes.
