Pecan Chocolate Delight
Crust:
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/4 sticks of margarine
Melt margarine; add flour, nuts, and mix well. Pat into 9 X 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350ºF. until slightly brown.
First layer:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 medium size Cool Whip
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; blend well. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip;
spread over crust.
Second layer:
2 (6-ounce) packages of instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups of milk
Combine pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Pour
mixture over first layer.
Third layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whip over top
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 6 to 8. |
