Strawberry Cream

1 cup of boiling water
one 3 ounce package of strawberry flavored gelatin
one 10 ounce package of frozen strawberries
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Pour boiling water over gelatin in large bowl, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in frozen strawberries, break up berries with a fork. Stir in ice cream. Pour into dessert dishes, parfait glasses or molds. Refrigerate until set 20 - 30 minutes. 6 servings
