| Whipped Cream Dessert
24 Graham crackers, crushed 1 stick of butter 1 pint of whipping cream 1 pound package of marshmallows 1 cup of Sherry wine |

Mix the butter and cracker crumbs. Pour Sherry over marshmallows and melt in double broiler, let cool and fold in whipped cream. Make crumbs into a crust in a 8 x 8 dish. Pour in mixture, sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill. Serves 8 |
