3/4 cup of ripe strawberries 2 Bananas 1 1/2 cups of plain yogurt 1/2 cup of shredded coconut 4 tablespoons of honey |

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients till fairly smooth. Leave small chunks or pieces of fruit, if desired. Pour into dessert cups and freeze. Remove, garnish with a strawberry and serve as a frozen dessert. Delicious and full of food energy. Makes 8-10 cups. Enjoy! Converted by MC_Buster.
