Pepper Cheddar Dip 1 1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of chopped onion
3 tablespoons of minced green onion
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of milk

Mix ingredients, adding more milk if necessary for
desired consistency. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
