Hummus Dip 

One 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 green onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons of plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 small garlic clove

Position a knife blade in food processor bowl and all all of the ingredients, and process until the bean mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to a small serving bowl. Cover and chill. Can be served with fresh vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 cups
