Scrambled Eggs & Sausage
1/4 pound of bulk sausage
6 eggs
3 tablespoons of milk
1/2 cup of herb seasoned croutons
Put sausage in a 9 inch pie plate and microwave on HIGH for 2- 3 minutes, drain and crumble meat. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in sausage and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, stir twice. Fold the croutons into eggs and microwave on HIGH for 1 - 2 minutes or until eggs are soft and moist. Do not overcook.
