Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

3 Eggs, well beaten
1 cup of light corn syrup
1 cup of crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup of flaked coconut
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of flour
1/2 stick of margarine, melted
one 10 inch unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs and corn syrup, beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie shell and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until pastry is brown and filling is firm. Serving Ideas : We eat as is with not topping. NOTES : You need to watch this pie so it doesn't burn. It is rather delicate to bake.
