Oriental Salad

2 cups red radishes or 1 Oriental radish
1 small onion
1 stalk celery

Dressing
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
2 dashes of sesame oil or hot sesame oil
2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds 

Wash radishes and trim off tails and tops. Fit into food chamber of Salad Shooter electric slicer-shredder. Using slicing cone, slice radishes into serving bowl. Remove outer skin of onion and cut to fit in food chamber; slice into bowl with radishes. Cut celery stalk to fit in food chamber; slice into bowl with other vegetables. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil; pour over vegetables and toss to mix. Let marinate a few hours. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Especially good with chicken or pork.
