Linguine and Pork Stir-Fry

1 pound of Linguine, Spaghetti, or Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 1/2 cups of pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup of thinly sliced green onions with tops
1 1/2 cups of red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 large carrot, shredded
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In Dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil. Add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine. Stir-fry until tender. Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked. Add hot linguine; toss to mix. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6
