| | Hungarian Potato Casserole 2 medium onions, sliced thin
paprika to taste
3 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/4 cups of beef stock
Minced parsley |

Put the onions into the bottom of a buttered 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Place the tomatoes on top and season with paprika, salt, and sugar. Cover with the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Pour in beef stock and bake at 375ºF. oven until the potatoes are done, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with minced parsley before serving. Serves 4 - 6
