Barbecued Salmon With Basil
4 salmon steaks (6 to 8 oz. each)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried and crushed basil

Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil;
brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per
inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with
lemon wedges.
