Easy Grilled Salmon
1 1/2 pounds of fresh salmon, skinned and boned
Vegetable oil
1 cup of bourbon
1 cup of soy sauce
2 2/3 tablespoons of fresh ginger
2 2/3 tablespoons of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, minced
3/4 ounces of sesame oil |

Place salmon in large shallow dish. Cover with
vegetable oil. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade. Marinate
6 hours or overnight. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
