Salmon Fillets w/Red Wine Garlic sauce
1 teaspoon of fish flavored bouillon granules
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of
Red Wine Garlic Sauce
1 tablespoon of no salt added tomato paste
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
four 4 ounce salmon steaks
vegetable cooking spray
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook bouillon mixture over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring
often. Remove saucepan from heat, and keep sauce warm.
Place salmon steaks on a rack coated with cooking spray, place rack in
broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door
partially opened) 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with
a fork. Serve salmon with warm sauce. 4 servings |
