Sautéed Salmon Steaks
2 pounds of salmon steaks
2 tablespoons of dry mustard mixed with enough water to make a paste
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of apple cider or juice |

Spread salmon steaks with mustard. Melt butter
in skillet. Add cider or apple juice. Poach steaks 5 minutes on each side or
until done. Cider is excellent in the cooking of any fish. Serves 5
